Will this build work?

I am helping a friend build his computer. Before he purchases his parts, I just want a second set of eyes to go through the parts to make sure they all match up, and wont have any issues.

Intel Core i5 4690k

Asus Z97-Pro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

PNY XLR8 16GB DDR3-1600 Memory

Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB SSD

WD Purple 2TB 5400RPM HHD

EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB ACX 2.0 GPU

EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Modular ATX PSU

Windows 7 Home Premium

(He already bought an atx case)

You may get a faster hard drive, but it's not a big deal as you have a SSD. Seems okay.
