PC Upgrade Opinions/Help?

Hello all,

I have a $500 dollar budget to upgrade my PC. I am thinking about buying a M-ITX tower case with support for 240mn radiator and a fan controller OR moving into an ATX case with an ATX motherboard. Other thoughts appreciated. Here is my build:

Intel Core i7 4790K @ 4.5 GHz

Asus Maximus VII Impact

Corsair Vengence Pro 16 GB @ 1600 MHz (Red Heat Spreader)

MSI GeForce GTX 980 TFV

Corsair 350D Windowed

Samsung 840 Evo 500 GB and Western Digital Black 2 TB

Corsair AX760i

Benq XL2420Z

Corsair H100i

Corsair K70 RGB

Razer Deathadder

Windows 8.1 64bit

New case plus custom watercooling? Or sell the 980 and buy a 980 ti.
