Enabling QuickSync in OBS

Ok so i have done everything in this video http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/139751-intel-quick-sync-obs-help/ scroll down. And it still didn't enable Quicksync for me.

 

My specs are I5 2500k supports Quicksync, Motherboard is Asrock Z68 Professional Gen 3, Supports Quicksync.

 

IGPU is enabled in Bio's and i made the vertual Monitor. and restarted my computer and i still couldn't activate quicksync in OBS. What i'm i missing here. i need help!!.

enabled igpu in your bios? made sure to save and exit?

 

installed latest intel graphics?

 

did that weird screen resolution extend display stuff?

 

you have to do everything that's in the guide, if you're on windows 7 there's no reason why it wouldn't work, check the guide thoroughly and make sure you did everything correctly.

You need to install the HD 3000 Intel drivers

yah i downloaded that. then i did the monitor thing. i have a GTX 570 would that make a difference? like would it still work with a graphics card? Also when i go on my OBS i cannot choose the graphics card next to the Quicksync.
