Ok so i have done everything in this video http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/139751-intel-quick-sync-obs-help/ scroll down. And it still didn't enable Quicksync for me.

 

My specs are I5 2500k supports Quicksync, Motherboard is Asrock Z68 Professional Gen 3, Supports Quicksync.

 

IGPU is enabled in Bio's and i made the vertual Monitor. and restarted my computer and i still couldn't activate quicksync in OBS. What i'm i missing here. i need help!!.

mhm, a while ago I followed this guide and it worked for me.

i did exacally that and it doesn't work. not for mirillis action or OBS

 

enabled igpu in your bios? made sure to save and exit?

 

installed latest intel graphics?

 

did that weird screen resolution extend display stuff?

 

you have to do everything that's in the guide, if you're on windows 7 there's no reason why it wouldn't work, check the guide thoroughly and make sure you did everything correctly.
