"Best" budget microphone

I am looking for cheap microphone (max 30 euro) which works well...Going to use it for skype.. I already have one built into the webcam and another one,also from older webcam but not built in..Any suggestions?

i got a blue snowball for 50 bucks, sounds pretty good as well!

If you have a decent set of headphones maybe take a look at a modmic. I prefer a head mounted mic for chatting. I have found that they are better for isolating your voice.

I have razer electra,but the problem is i cant use the microphone on the pc,since i am using skype from pc

There are brands like Samson and excelvan. I'm just not sure about quality. I'd get a snowball if possible.

No,it works...But it works only on phone since microphone and headphone input cable is just one..
