Yes. But it won't be like you have one Win8 OEM and one Win10 OEM. They will be linked so that your Win8 OEM is Win10. Its been said multiple times that version you get is same as version you upgrade from. So OEM will stay OEM, retail will stay retail, pirated will stay pirated. And all different versions (Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate) will be same with Win10 (or as rebranded).
