Mobile Data Issues

Hi! I have an original Note 10.1 with 3G, as well as a SIM card. It's what I'm writing this on right now. My issue with this is that in the afternoon, evening and at night, I often get H+ (a few mbit/s, the best of 3G), but otherwise, I can't find anywhere that's not E. This is really annoying. I was on Gotland recently and I always got H+. I'm on the Tele2/Comviq network. I know the problem isn't on my side, but I want to know what I can dp to improve my mobile data reception.
