It's just a very highly clocked 8320. It gets very hot, and for not much more, you can get better performance from a Xeon.

FYI you don't get charged duty on electronics.
So, you'd only get raped by the poor exchange rate. Sometimes it's still worth it. Sometimes it's not. Use PCPartPicker to find out.
