I can't see where there could be any bottlenecking in that build

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

I3 4150, Intel HD graphics, corsair CX750M, 4gb ram, Asus H81M-E, corsair 230T, Intel stock cooler WD Green 2TB Gigabyte 550TI

You will be perfectly fine up to a GTX980 in that machine. I would upgrade to 1600mhz RAM though. its only an extra $5 and will improve performance a fair amount.

Is it bad that my dream setup only costs a few thousand not counting the obutto?

It wont increase performance in gaming and you could use a 980ti with this system perfectly fine.

eh... I have seen performance difference but either way there isn't a reason not to spend $5 for 1600mhz

If anything, your SSD and Harddrive setup will be your bottleneck down the line.

120GB is not enough storage in SSD if you are going to put games and OS in it.

Maybe it might work if you are only going to play one game at a time on SSD then it may be ok, but there are games like GTA5 that will eat your SSD space as a snack.

Some games are quite heavily dependant on file loading speeds, which SSD will help tremendously.

The 120GB is being used by programs and apps my games right now stored on my 1TB hard drive.
