Convert MOV to MP4

Hello, I have a file that is almost 3GB that i need to convert to a MP4 file from a MOV file. I have searched on some websites but cant find one that converts a file that's larger than 1GB.

Handbrake is awesome, I use it for converting my 1080i HD videos to 1080P. It's the ONLY utility I use when I need to quickly convert something without using Sony Vegas Pro.

You likely have VLC installed. You'd be surprised to find out that it can do some limited formatting. I know I was.

Yeah, I have used VLC for that, however I just found that the results weren't that great (hence the reason I went with Handbrake).
