Yea you can use the current drive you have if it has a copy of windows on it.

You won't get any performance gains when gaming by going with a K series CPU and Z series motherboard, you would be better off saving that money and putting it towards a better GPU as it will perform better, also that PSU is not that good.

The micro atx motherboard in the atx case will look a little off, and what is your exact budget because it seems to bounce around a lot.
