GTA V Lag

Hello. I recently bought GTA V, after about 30 minutes of constant playing at 70-100 fps i start to get lag spikes.. Not sure what the issue is? I don't think its my graphics card, but i could be wrong. What do you think?

 

Specs:

NVIDIA GTX 770 2GB (EVGA)

Intel Core i5 4440 @ 3.1GHz

Kingston Hyper-X DDR3 1600MHz

What are your temps and gpu usage during this?

Did you moniter GPU and CPU usage at all?

GPU Not sure.. But CPU was around 70% 95% while playing.

There is a issue with the latest patch. It;s on rockstar support

GPU Sits around 70% 95% Same with CPU
