So I would like to post YouTube videos for a hobby and I am wondering if this computer ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00IMTQ5I2/ref=dp_olp_0?ie=UTF8&condition=all&sr=1-4&qid=1436398983 ) would be a good idea and if it would be a good idea to buy refurbished? I would mostly like to play minecraft but throw a couple of high intensity horror games in there as well.

eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh another ububr.

Why do you want a laptop instead of a desktop? Yes that laptop would be fine, yes refurbished laptops are fine depending on whos refurbished it and how much monay you save.

I would get something better than a western digital green and have you considered 1 980 ti instead of 2 970s.

The greens now are not that far behind in performance that many other 7200 rpm drives and I have a ssd for a boot drive and yes I have though about the graphics solution so.... That is still in progress and it would be Feb-Mar next YEAR that I would have enough funds to get that but I dont want to wait that long so I wanted to get a mid-range (I guess) laptop

lol which one the greens or the graphics?

with the GPU the green dirve is fine i use one myself and as long as you have your OS on a SSD it really doesnt make that much of a diffrence i used to have a barracuda before it failed and switched to a green drive and i cant tell the diffrence maybe 2-3 secs longer loading times on some games...maybe

Ok gotcha The only advantage that i see with the 980ti is future upgradability...  am I missing something else?

970 has 3.5gb of VRAM which probably will bottleneck 2 of them in SLİ and the truth is you dont want to go SLİ if you do have better single GPU cards you can buy, in this case 980Ti/FuryX

how would the 3.5gb vram bottleneck the 970? I was confused by that...
