Ultrabook Advise

So I am thinking about getting a DELL XPS 13 (2015) for this school this fall, but I can't stop thinking about what I might be able to get in a 2016 ultrabooks, stuff like USB C, maybe DDR4 memory, or new Intel chips. Next years ultrabooks are bound to be better. So i need advise is it worth waiting for 2016 ultrabook are there big innovation soon to come in 2016 ultrabooks or should i just get the XPS 13 now.
