I'm a hardcore gamer. So I'll be gaming most of the time. I don't mind if I can't run a game on 4k monitor at ultra settings :Dd. I was playing games with 10 fps or less many years now

Then I would suggest only putting in 8GB of RAM, getting an Intel Core i3 (?), a cheap H81 motherboard, and with the rest of the money buy the most expensive GPU you can stil fit in.

Well I think you should get a 860K and a good GPU or a i3 and a less pricy but still good GPU! ;)

 

But Pentium = BAD! :(

Well on second thought I would do everything on that computer. What I want is a balanced system that wouldn't stop me from exploring what you can do with a pc... So I will be editing. I like overclocking.

P.s. I'm using a 2.4ghz pentium atm and I only use it only for overclocking and playing old school games now...

so your total budget will be 1000 euro? exactly which parts do you require?

At the moment I have $400 and I need a pc right now. I need a running system. I have a functional ssd and a case. I want my motherboard to be pretty new in terms of architecture and features. And I will be able to get and upgrade like a decent graphics card next year.
