By the way, League of legend is CPU intensive, so you dont have to invest a lot of money on a GPU if you are a LOL addict

There's thing that i play a lot games i want to play games like gta v and record games like minecraft or csgo

I would go with the Sapphire Dual X since it's the cheapest, all of those aftermarket are good quality.

You should really go intel, it would save you money over time and is much easier for upgrades. But if you insist on amd I would get a AMD Fx-6350 then spend more for the GPU.if you could really go Intel an i3 would be best though, when directx12 comes out the i3's hyper threading will be utilized a lot more.
