Guys im thinking i will go with Gtx 750ti (150 euros) my current motherboard and Amd proccesor and 8gb of ram is that fine?

Since you're recording and already have a mobo I would just go with a AMD processor like the 6300 or 8320

But get at least a 270X or 280 if you have the money 750Ti really lacks in power.

the GTX 750 is very outdated!!!

at least go for the R9 270x or the R9 280 around and less than 200 Euros!

They play all recent games at decent settings, almost full settings expext anti aliasing and filters!

When i'm recording which part is used gpu or cpu?

Both, mostly cpu i guess

By the way, League of legend is CPU intensive, so you dont have to invest a lot of money on a GPU if you are a LOL addict....
