Cleaning thermal paste?

Hello! I plan on reapplying my thermal paste on my CPU with IC Diamond. I currently have an i7 3770k and wanted to ask if these steps are correct-

1) Use ArctiClean to remove any paste

2) Remove and clean surface using lint free cloth

[i'll be using http://www.amazon.co.uk/Professional-Supersoft-Cotton-Polishing-Cloths/dp/B001MPSSYC/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1374981107&sr=8-6&keywords=lint+free]

3) Apply new thermal paste [5mm in diameter in the middle of the CPU]

4) Enjoy!

Is the cleaning cloth and pea size I have mentioned correct? [i already have them with me]

Yup, If you didn't have that cleaner rubbing alcohol works just as well,
