mobo/cpu voltage help

Hi my pc has been playing up recently it sometimes crashes for a few seconds then sometimes comes back to life. also restarts on its own.

 

i tested my ram with windows memory thing

 

reformatted ssd and all hard drives

 

my last guess would be my psu i did kinda cheap out on it anyways went into bios and seen the voltage readins were a bit far off

could this relate to my problem?

 

12v - 11.985 seems ok

 

but the 3.3v is 3.066 i thought that was outside the trolance ? but not sure anyone got any ideas ?

Try a clear CMOS?

Man, why do people always cheap out on PSUs, it's the most important part of any build! 

If you've got another PSU, test with that and see if you have the same problems.
