I'm using an ASUS Sabertooth 990FX motherboard and have 3 fans installed. All connected straight to the motherboard. The rear and front ones are spinning, but the one above the front one isn't. Please post suggestions.

Note: I've opened up my PC and made sure everything is plugged in. No  problem there..

Yes, does the fan work with molex? Does it attempt to spin? And if you were to put another fan there on the same fan connector, does it spin up?

Any noise? Can you try it in another machine? Also try a different fan in that machine?

It could be your motherboard fan headers that are faulty or broken. I would get a 3 pin to molex adapter to plug your fans into your power supply to see if it is your fans that are broken and not the header. Sometimes the motherboard sets it to a voltage that the fan isn't able to spin up. Look in your bios settings and change the "lowest RPM setting" if your fans work via molex but not the header.
