Basically a fan splitter like the one starcoaster linked for PWM only fans. For 3 pin you will need 3 pin splitters. The rule of thumb is 3-4 fan per motherboard fan header.

or use one with a power cable to the PSU and drop the loading on the motherboard altogether.. Much safer option

 

That won't let you control the fan however it will give you an RPM line for 3 pin fans. This however works great for 4 pin PWM fans.

You have an Asus motherboard it has some of the best fan control and software built in. It's called AI Suite it should be in the drivers/softwares to download from the Asus website.
