I need a 5Ghz WIFI booster/repeater

I have a desktop computer and a Asus N66U wireless router, on  a 5Ghz band i can get 69 download but im using a usb 2.4Ghz on my computer and i can only get max of 20 but ping rate is very poor, the house is big and im quite far away from it, i would like to have a repeater that is also portable and ethernet compatible, any suggestions guys?
