Hey, I am currently considering a new keyboard, since I am hitting the number block a lot when I move my mouse. I do really love my BackWidow, but it really gets annoying. Also, I miss some backlighting (non RGB is fine) and even though I love the klick and tactile stuff, the blues are damn loud, even with ORings, so I guess it's MX Brown for a change now. I also considered 60%, but I guess they are to much of a hassle, since they do miss some vital keys IMHO.

I did some research and found the following Tenkeyless:

- Corsair K65: only MX Red

- das Keyboard: 4c Some different Brown Switches, looks nice, would satisfy my german pride but hell, its expensive^^

- CM Storm Quickfire TK (white BL)

- some random stuff that pops up on Massdrop, but is hard to get for me anywhere else here in germany..

Despite the CM, anybody got additional recommendations?

There are some Tenkeyless Ducky's (Duckies?), but they can be more expensive. The CM Storm Quickfire TK seems also a very good one.

EDIT: Well, what do you know, the TK isn't Tenkeyless...  <_<

Oh, right, I forgot. I just summed up most of the CM Stuff under the TK. Is there any difference despite the keycaps between rapid i, si and stealth?

The Rapid (i) has a standard layout, which means you can customize with whatever keycaps you want. The same doesn't apply to the TK.

The Rapid Si is a revised Rapid i, but it isn't available in Europe afaik. As for the stealth, you have more cherry mx options but it's exactly the same kb as the Rapid-i (which is only available with browns).

They're all ABS plastic I believe.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

Yeah, sure, but they are either printed on the front or top^^ But i guess that should not be the only difference. That and the fact that some are availlable with MX Greens^^

Are you sure the Das 4C is Cherry switch? I remembered looking into this and if I remember correct they aren't Cherry browns

No it's not, as i said, they are slightly different. But they have a similar characteristic. And I won't bother whether its 10 or 20 Million Keystrokes.
