My son loves to play low spec games like minecraft and WAW.  I have a nice rig that I use for work/gaming/paying bill all that good stuff.  Ever since my son started using the PC I have noticed minor problems with it that are easily fixable but are a pain.  I would like to build him his own PC but not an expensive one like mine.  I was thinking the GTX 610 for a graphics card need help with the rest Ii've never done budget PC's.
