stutter during gaming

im getting a lot of stutter in games even though i am running at 100 + fps. what could be possible causes for this? it is not the gpu because i had it replaced and i still get the problem.

Do you have an Nvidia GPU? I had this problem once and fixed it in the nvidia control panel

that did u change in the control panel? iv tried lots of stuff in there but had no joy

I went into it and changed it to Maximum Performance and it worked for me

all drivers are up to date. my thinking is that it must be the monitor but i also dont know what else can cause this issue?

It does that in every game you play? Maybe it is an optimisation issue.. BTW try too hook up another monitor/TV and see if it still does that.

Try reinstalling your drivers, that has helped for me

it happens a lot in gta v and a tad in the witcher 3. tomb raider and batman arkham night run fine though

I think it is an error in settings, try to load the optimisation in geforce control panel.
