They're legit copies and 1/5th the price.

 

Other than that, i see no problems. Nice build, hope it works out great for ye. you might also consider a 1440p or widescreen 1080p monitor. A 980ti is a little overkill for just 1080p 144hz.

Why not just go X99 ?

 

I would highly suggest getting a cheapo keyboard and mouse and then upgrading
