Navigation buttons are different.

I downloaded a couple of files to change my Widows 7 theme a while back and I don't remember what they were. I installed the themes manually instead of doing it with some sort of software. I uninstalled the themes and set original Windows files back but there's one specific object that isn't the original. The navigation buttons are different whenever I try to look for a file/folder within a program. I'll post pictures so that you can see what I mean. I've already tried changing the file Explorerframe.dll in System32 and in sysWOW64 but not luck.
