How reset Windows 7 from BIOS?

UPDATE: I was able to fix this via HP File Manager...

I recently traded HDDs from one laptop to another, The working laptop won't boot Windows 7 because of a hardware change... How can I fix this? Can I reset Windows 7 from BIOS? Thank you for your help...
