Should I install windows 10

I am confused if i should install windows 10 or not. I really love windows 10 and have already reserved my update on my main pc. I have installed the technical preview on my secondary pc. Will my secondary pc get the final build on july 29? If it gets windows 10 i will install windows 10 on my main pc too. Another question is that after updating my secondary pc to windows 10 will i be able to opt out of the insider program?

You need a valid Windows 7 or 8.1 copy installed for the upgrade.

Nope, you'll need to reinstall with a valid Windows 7/8.1 key.
