So, after trying out my own solution which seemed to have worked, I decided I'd post here to ask whether or not what I currently have is going to work or if it's bound to cause me headaches.
NOTICE: I have no issue with CPU and/or GPU temps. The whole reason why I am even trying to improve airflow is cause the PSU exhaust grate and surface area warms up after an hour or so of gaming and I don't want it to overheat.

So, without any further ado, here's what my cause airflow looks like.

The reason why the cooler and rear fan are intaking air rather than exhausting is that the RAM is too high-profile so it wouldn't fit in any other way. I wasn't exactly happy with how the air was being recycled inside the gpu area so I removed 2 expansion slot covers, enabling the gpu to exhaust air out the back more easily which I'd say sort of fixed the situation but I am wondering whether that's a good idea to keep it like that or change the fan positions. Here is what it looks like now.
