so, the brother of a friend asked me to build him a pc, point is, we are in argentina, and the electronics here is damn expensive, thus i have a tight badget, i got around 600 us dollars, kind of, thanks convertions and taxes....

so, he wants to be able to edit his streamings and games videos, some stupid shit he downloads and some low end video, all in premiere and at a max of 1080p, with audio recording through a headset, also wants to be able to play games, even if not in the high quality, but even if it runs in low he'll be happy.

therefore, what i thought is i'd get a low end processor, and OC it with an aio cooler master, buuuuuuttttt, it's around 2000 pesos, what means a fifth of the budget, so no liquid cooling.

the parts that i planned on buying are the nexts

intel core i3 4160 cpu

asus h81 motherboard

saphire amd radeon hd 7770 - vaporx - OC version

8 gb kingston 1333 mhz ram

sentey cs1 case (with included power of 500 w)

1 tb western digital hdd

so, any recommendations on that line of budget? some changes that might be for a better price or performance?

sadly no, i've been looking again at some prices, and everything here is more than the double of the prices in the states, so the it's better to say that the budget is around 350 to 400 use

This is as low as I can get it without compromising performance a huge amount and I have no experience with AMD.

our builds are similar, difference is this one uses and and has 6 cores and more ram but less gnu, and yours uses intel and a better gnu but less ram, what's better? the extra 8 gb of ram or the ti in the gnu?
