You won't really be stressing anything, seeing as it's just two desktops. I highly doubt you'll be gaming on both monitors at the same time. It'd just be odd.

If you love tabs, perhaps think about 16gb of RAM?

If you want people to know you've replied to them you have to either quote them, or tag them like this @jackcharles

thinking a slightly better power supply 650 to 750 or 4/8 gb more ram or a better board or cooler

No, that GS is great.  Dual GTX 970s won't use much power at all.  Realistically you could run your system with a 550W (yes dual GPUs)...

Measured power consumption GTX 970 2-way SLI

  1. System in IDLE = 123 Watts
  2. System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 439 Watts
  3. Difference (GPU load) = 316 Watts
  4. Add average IDLE wattage ~10 Watts
  5. Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 326 Watts

Why a single stick? You would be better with dual channel as that is what the chipset is designed for. I would suggest either 2x4GB or 2x8GB sticks.

also i read some where on here that if you download windows 10 before release date you can keep it. is it true? is it a full version?

You have to sync the Technical Preview with a Microsoft account and keep it active all the way through release.  I have been tempted to try on an older PC, but I got lazy.  I am not sure if the offer is still good so late in the game.
