Upgrading another laptop

I've just discovered that I can upgrade the Phenom II X4 P920 (1.60GHz) in this laptop to a Phenom II X4 N970 (2.20GHz), and I was wondering if it would be worth the upgrade? It would cost around $110 AUD and the current Phenom II already performs close to an A10 5757M at 3.237GHz.

 

Edit: The N970 will also allow me to use DDR3 1333 instead of DDR3 1066-which is the limit of the P920

Probally not worth it as that chip is pretty old and even a pentium is faster than that. Stick with the old one and save up for a new laptop when you need a performance bump.

I'm planning to add a few features left out and upgrade the laptop to 8GB of RAM so I thought a better CPU would be good as I can then use DDR3 1333.

This laptop is an upgrade from a Core 2 Duo T7600 with a Quadro NVS110M, and straight up it will cost less for me to upgrade it instead of buying a laptop that's worth the same while having lower performance.
