Good Looking, High Performance, CPU cooler

How does the Phanteks TC-14PE perform? Does the TC-14S actually do just as well as Phanteks claims on their website? Are there any other high end air coolers that go well on a White on Black color scheme? (Without painting them myself.) I know that the Dark Rock Pro 3 is pretty good. But is there anything else that is a little less expensive.

Well the 2 that you mentioned. TC-14PE and the Dark Rock Pro 3 are the ones i would recommend.
