Hello Guys and Linus if you get down to reading this, would be extremely helpful,

I am writing about the MSI GS30 Shadow the laptop with the separate GPU dock.I am moving to university soon so I am in a need of both a normal Desktop PC and a Good Laptop, as I spend most of my time Gaming, but I am on a budget. So I was just wondering if you could answer this to me as you've actually had it for a while. Is it possible to use the laptops screen itself with the GPU inside the Dock or you only can use the Dock if you have a Monitor separately ?

P.S - I love your content, Looking forward to the next Scrap Yard War episode too !!!

MSI GS30 is anything but budget. It's overpriced as heck. You can get a laptop and a full pc that will outperform it for the price of gs30.

I agree on ZetZet post.

Would you mind taking some info about ITX cases and ITX motherboards.

Because its formfactor size gets really small.

Also when I was on my studies I also had a notebook, a big 17 inch one (also tried 15 inch) its not that great...

If you are going to buy a 'good notebook', I advice you to go for something cheap.

Or you are doing some 3D rendering at your studies then its a different story (but not overpriced).

edit: (small) typo

the cpu in that build is like twice the cost of the laptop itself
