Windows Logon: LogonUI.exe - Application Error

Booting up my computer this morning was an interesting process, because my computer wouldn't load windows...... It would get stuck at the windows welcome dialog and stay there for over ten minutes. And restarting my computer didn't fix anything nor did safe mode do anything. After my 4th restart this dialog box shows up =

I have no idea what this means. Virus?
