Case for Watercooling

Im a big fan of clean petg bends, but I am not that good at them. I recently got a client wanting hard tubing (Petg) and a windowed case. But they diddnt give me a massive budget to work with. So would the enthoo luxe  fit a dual loop or should I just stick with case labs?
