graphics card recommendations

hi everyone,

 

I am planning on upgrading my PC soon...ish. I am looking for a graphics card for around $250 - $300 Australian dollars ($191USD - $229USD)

 

My choices so far are;

I personally have now the 270x 2gb overclocked a tad bit and its really solid. I can imagine what it would do with 4gb.. It runs most games at ultra at 55+ fps with a couple of settings off. or a 65+ in high. I do play BF4 alot on it.
