Rainmeter Redistribution ?

Am i allowed to redistribute rainmeter skins???

 Here's what it looks like

Its not mine originally, but i have changed the code in most of A LOT

mostly the eq, i added left and right channel made a lil more balanced. 

heres what it looks like. I mean i can try and package it for you if you really want it just pm but

IT WILL REQUIRE WORK---since the resolution of your monitor is different it will require rearranging...+picture is on Stretch, since it is just lines.

but his left and right channel are combined. and when ever the bass drops everything just flatlines.  and i don't think its possible to turn. ill try no promises

yea, but i didn't like that logo or that color

and see how those 3 bars  are all flat

and i added 100 more bars

and separated left and right channels
