Pc setup worth the money?

Hello people of the internet,i need critisism,is my pc worth the money?

 

Intel® Core™ i5-4590 Processor with stock cooler

MSI B85M-G43 MoBo

Corsair CX Series™ CX600 PSU

2x Corsair Vengeance® Series  4GB (1 x 4) DDR3 1600Hz CL9 RAM

WD 3.5"SATA3 BLUE series 1TB 7200RPM 64MB  Hard drive

Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Dual-X Graphics card

Fractal Design Arc Mini

 

is it worth the money?

and if you ask why am i not getting a ssd boot drive then 

the answer is simple,i dont know wich one to get that fits in my budget

if you get them for a good price i think it will be a nice computer.
the components are good for what they cost.

well basically i can get that pc for about 724 euros,and im trying to fit it under 800 euros

That would be fine, however an Nvidia GPU will be better, especially as you want to record, as it will have ShadowPlay

yeah but im getting that card used from my friend so its cheaper,he got a 970

The 280(x) will be fantastic, and frankly shadowplay is crap. Your i5-4590 won't have trouble streaming or recording

The NVENC is nice if you have a weak CPU, although the quality of recording/streaming is worse than that of x264, but the whole Shadowplay program is crap. Using OBS to record would be a lot better
