Okay you crazy case nuts. I am getting a light strip, to match the overall theme of my white 760t case. and my blue bitfenix pro fans.

This is the strip: http://www.amazon.com/NZXT-CB-LED20-BU-Sensitivity-Sleeved-2-Meters/dp/B0046Y5Z5G/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1434992066&sr=8-2&keywords=nzxt+led+strip+blue

That's slightly besides the point, but I wanted to point out what I already had.

So I'm wondering if there is any other modding I can do to my case. I want to make it very unique.

Stick with the white and blue theme as well!

Thanks for suggestions in advanced!

IMO the led density of that kit is too little, something more led-dense like this http://www.amazon.com/XKTTSUEERCRR-Waterproof-300LED-16-4Feet-Flexible/dp/B00IOGRXT8/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1435469763&sr=8-3&keywords=led+strip+blue would probably be a lot better.

perhaps add some pics of what you've already got set up in your rig?

I don't have a lot right now, just the one Bitfenix fan, and the h100i gtx logo. I am ordering more fans though; I had to get 120mm versions for my radiator. But this is what I have so far.

Sorry for the upside-down image.

Hmm.. Yeah, more fans and a high density led strip too should be more than enough.

Do you know of any good lighting strips that are specifically designed for computers? As in, they will be powered by my power supply, with ease.

nope, but if you find a good rgb one let me know!

BEHOLD!!!! The majestic NZXT HUE is here to the rescue! You should really spend the extra for the NZXT HUE if you want flexibility and variation in your case lighting. It not only allows you to dial in any color but also has brightness settings and different modes, so you can get the perfect lighting for your taste.

Another nice effect of the NZXT HUE is that it mixes the colors out of RGB, so every red, blue, or green component in your build will start to shine when you use parts of that color in your HUE lighting. So e.g. purple lighting -> all blue parts will glight up brightley. With regular purple LED strips the colour of your PC parts would get suffocated.

who cares...

I would go for a Strip that contains more LEDs closer together, that way the lighting will look more even across your build.

Our LED Lighting is designed for computers, on our store you can pick the LED colour (Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Pink, White), power cable length (10cm to 2 meters) Sleeving Colour (Black, or Red) and choose either a 3pin fan connector or 4pin molex.

You can see our LEDs on our store, AddonCustoms.com  We ship worldwide.

RGB VS Single Colour LED Strips.

Single colour strips will ALWAYS be brighter than than RGB strips, as in each housing on the RGB strip has 1 red diode, 1 green diode and 1 blue diode, if you want any of those 3 colours then the other 2 will be off, if you want another colour then 2 or 3 of those diodes will work together to archive the colour you want. White is made by all 3 colours working together, which is why you get a dirty white.

Single colour strips (Like these ones on my store) will have 3 diodes the same colour in each housing on the strip, effectively making it 3 times brighter than RGB BUT with RGB you have the option to change colour, and have flashing patterns. High Quality controllers and RGB strips COMING SOON, just finishing up the tests on the controllers.

Personally I would always go for a single colour, they are more reliable and are brighter.

If you have any questions feel free to ask.

That is really cool! The only issue i have is that the strip itself is only 10 inches long, which is a bit short.

Any 12V Led strip would work, if you get a molex cable and connect the two by either soldering them or just using some tape and connecting them together, there are some tutorials

and its very easy to do, let me know if you're interested so i can go indepth

Most customers find that 2 strips is perfect for their case, our LEDs are brighter, and contain more LEDs than competitors. I can do longer length if you want, but this would need to be arranged via PM. Longer lengths will be available on our store, once our new store design launches (1st September).

Ohh perfect, it looks to be a lil short, but nothing buying a 2nd wouldn't fix. (although the price is a lil steep for such a small strip :/)

Yeah i saw that, I just ordered one, so ill tell you how it is when i get it Wednesday. ;)

Alrighty, I might look around and see if they sell the strip itself without the receiver and such for cheaper, that way I can pick both the one you linked and that up if they are any good :P

You could do what i did. I bought a kit from autozone called type s.

http://www.autozone.com/lighting-led-and-neon/led-lighting/type-s-blue-led-kit/543827_0_0/

I bought these and a 4 pin molex extender and hardwired them into my psu. I have white ones and they light up my whole case. You can add more on very easily and get other stuff with them.
