It depends on the settings, As long as your CPU is good enough you can run pretty much any game at 60fps.

60fps stable - No.

But you will run at 30fps stable at some times and 60 fps stable at other times.

erm it can play games at high no sweat, my 660 ran battlefield 4 ultra without msaa at 80+ fps, far cry 3 ultra 50-60 fps and many other games with good frame rates.

benchmarks on that are clearly wrong, i ran bf4 at ultra at around 45-55 fps on one of the most intense maps.
