Got an MSI 2GB.

What games could I run at 60 FPS? Most games or?

It depends on the settings, As long as your CPU is good enough you can run pretty much any game at 60fps.

yes you can go play mario at 5k maxed out 1000fps no problem(also most 2014 games and below it can go medium 60fps

60fps stable - No.

But you will run at 30fps stable at some times and 60 fps stable at other times.

erm it can play games at high no sweat, my 660 ran battlefield 4 ultra without msaa at 80+ fps, far cry 3 ultra 50-60 fps and many other games with good frame rates.

benchmarks on that are clearly wrong, i ran bf4 at ultra at around 45-55 fps on one of the most intense maps.
