Noise Gate for Windows 8.1

Hi, I'm having issues with my microphone picking up noise from traffic outside when in skype calls, whilst it is quiet it is still distracting. I have tried finding a noise gate program for W8.1 but I have only found one program which unfortunately does not support W8.1. 

 

If anyone knows of any programs that function as a noise gate it would be greatly appreciated.
