Cablemod Modflex

As with the new Modflex products by Cablemod, there is the option of designing your own custom cables more simply.

 

However, after further research it turns out they only provide connectors for 24 pin, 4 pin, 6 pin and 8 pin. Would it be possible for me to buy connectors for Molex and SATA from different manufactures and use the cables by Cablemod for my build?
