Really don't spend this much on a pc with those specs,

A good build can be gotten for ~5k, you don't need to spend as much as I make in a year on a pc :o

Recommend what is best, not what you preffer.

Look at the vocab though. It's troll certified  - "displays - no fucking clue", "mouse - some logitech shit" you get the idea :D plus he called it a small project, and any "friend" that can dish out 10 grand on a computer wouldn't have "some old hardware"
