Is this a good $1k gaming build?

Hey guys,

This is my $1k gaming build. Is this good?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XKYv7P

1. Budget & Location

My budget as I already told you is $1K and I would buy my parts in the US (USD)

2. Aim

I want to do 1080p gaming on it. I'll be playing games like Skyrim, Battlefield 4, GTA V, COD, FIFA 15. Also, I would be doing some light video editing and photo editing for my YouTube videos. I plan to over-clock the CPU too.

3. Monitors

I'll just have 1 monitor. A standard 21.5" 1920 X 1080 Full HD Display. I don't plan on upgrading to more monitors in the future.

4. Peripherals

I just need 2 case fans. I've looked at the Cougar case fans and they seem pretty nice to me.

5. Why are you upgrading?

I want to upgrade because my current system can't handle games at 1080p at 60 fps. Games like Witcher 3, Assassin's Creed Unity, Battlefield 4 start to stutter.

More or less perfect!

I wouldn't change anything really!

Everything looks good, but you may be able to get away with a cheaper psu if you go for lower wattage. Also, if you plan on doing ocing the 212 might not be the best. I've seen some people get 4.4 ghz out of it and others don't fare so well. Really comes down to the silicone lottery.

Thank You :) ! As for the case fans, what do you recommend? I don't want any expensive ones. Anywhere between $10 - $20

I'd recommend Corsair SP120's. (A bit above your price range)

Although any 120mm fan will do the job as it will only need to be at around 40% load set in the BIOS.
