Razer Mouse Bungee Compatibility?

Go to solution Solved by STRMfrmXMN,

I do a lot of Music/Video production and think I would find the horizontal scroll wheel useful, while it's not a "gaming" mouse, I am sure it would do just fine... or would it track differently? (Sorry if that is a noobish question)

Mionix isn't a brand I have ever heard of before but I will take a look at that mouse!

It won' track poorly, just it will have "mouse acceleration" which makes your cursor move more than you've actually pushed it to move. Great for most anything but gaming. If it's not for the sake of being competitive in games then I see nothing wrong with it.

Just for the record, I do like the Mionix though it isn't made as well as the Logitech is. Putting it out there.

Hi Guys,

My Deathadder 2013 seems to be on it's way out, so I am obviously in the market for a new mouse, there are a few I like to look of including the Corsair M65 RGB and the Logitech G502.

The question in this post is "Do you know if any mice apart from the Razer ones are compatible with the Razer mouse bungee?"

Thanks

It looks like any old mouse can fit in it, can't see a problem that would be caused by using another muose.

Of those two the G502 is a better mouse BTW.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

Yeah, all I am thinking of though is the thickness of the braided cables, I have only ever owned this mouse so I wasn't sure if the braiding comes in different thicknesses.

And the G502 has it in terms of features, however I have large hands and don't know if the M65 would be a better option for ergonomics.

Well the M65 uses a laser sensor which is, in general, worse. If you have big hands, must I ask, what grip do you use? Also, what is the budget in what currency?

A palm grip, due to my deathadder's size my palm and pinky tend to drag along my mousepad. I am based in the UK and would be willing to spend up to approx £80

I have also thought about moving over to something like the MX Master.

MX Master is also not a gaming mouse though it's a great palm grip mouse. If the pinky often gets in the way then check out the Mionix Naos 7000. Holds your pinky for ya :P

Ahh I see, thank you for your advice.

I have contacted Razer support and am seeing if the mouse is still under warranty, if it is not I will take on board what you have recommended.
