Micro ATX choices

Im looking at a Gigabyte GA-Z97MX Gaming 5 LGA 1150 and an

Asus Maximus VI Gene LGA 1150 Intel Z87.

 

I know i can OC with the gigabyte but my processor isn't unlocked so that's not a big deal. I'm concerned with the quality of the gigabyte because I've never had that brand before. Is there any real issue i should be worried about?

 

Random Specs:

I'm using an i5-4590, 8GB of G-Skill Ram, Asus Strix gtx 970, and Corsair CX 600M
