Odd CPU behavior
Hmm, they don't seem too high for a prime load. I assume you don't have laser temp reader. Try putting your hand near (note: not touch) the VRM area/heatsink. If it feels like an inferno it's definitely worth putting a fan near it.

Anyways, I did some rearranging and came up with a somewhat ghetto solution to try and reduce the space my cooler was taking up to better expose the VRM and I've moved one of fans so that it's blowing onto the VRM.
The thing I don't really get is that my temps have gone up but the throttling has stopped. I've been running at a pretty constant 3.8 GHz for over an hour with Prime95 going. If the throttling was due to high temperatures, why has it stopped now my temperatures are higher?
