so i occasionally get a bsod about  BAD_POOL_HEADER and its starting to piss me of it only happens when im using chrome, or opening and closing chrome i have looked in the interwebs and have found out its to do with the hdd or ram i have checked the ram using a number of tools e.g windows ram thingy and other stuff and the hdd it new i have installed a fresh copy of windows and that dint help

intel core i5 4690k @stock

gigabyte gaming 5 z97x gaming 5 mobo

2x4 hyper x fury

1tb wd hdd

asus gtx strix

corsair 600w psu

@scobie56 Take out 1 stick of RAM and see if it happens. If it does, put in the other one and see if it happens then.
