don't know about rosewill PSUs though and I dislike seagate but I guess thats kind of subjective.

That's just fanboyism, the 290x performs just as good if not better at some games than the GTX 970.

Number 3 is irrelevant 98% of people don't have a shield and they most likely dont record. Aswell as #2, who says that every future title will be only optimised for nvidia? hmm?

If you can tell the furture please tell mine aswell.

 

EDIT: Power consumption is also overated, it's just 2 bucks more per month.
